"Hello Christine
Just to let you know that everything went really well with Jess and Abbey's flight and collection at the airport.
I hired a van at Southampton to take them (and us) to Bournemouth Airport from Southampton. The man was there at 7.30am who looked after them at the airport whilst we checked in, the flight departed on time (there were only 31 people and 2 dogs on board).

All paperwork was fine and no hold ups at all with them.
They both travelled well and it was only about 40 minutes after landing that they were running around the car park just like it was a normal everyday walk and were both completely well and unstressed.
All that we can say is thank-you very much to you and all involved for a very easy move for our dogs to Cyprus. They are both very much enjoying their new found freedom of being able to virtually run outdoors all day.

Thanks for your help with Fergie, She is now in the UK at my parents house enjoying life in Brighton!

Travel from Rhodes went smoothly and the customs people were great at both ends. One thing they said at Gatwick was that  the kennels for the dogs were all a little small. Fergie traveled with two other dogs, one very large Lab and the other a Springer Spanial both of which flew out to Rhodes in their kennels and came back in the same kennels so were bought for them and approved in the UK. Fergie was measured by us and our vet and fitted with the correct kennel so we were all a little suprised to be told they were ALL too small. I am just informing you as maybe this might be a problem for further dogs moving in and out the UK.

Been to see them and they are fine, doing all the normal things you would expect, probably becoming more "doggy" having to spend time around other dogs. The two are together in their runs, we are allowed to walk them for 30 mins and groom for a further 30 mins. The staff at Byford seem to have taken a shine to them both, which is also nice to know. " Dear Christine,

 Your service for this transfer was perfect. In fact,  you dealt with  everything so well that I thought the Chinese agent (arranged by  myself not through Christine, big mistake!) would offer similar service. Your price was very reasonable and the wooden crates were very well made.

What impressed me the most was the shredded paper and sweet hand-written note that came with the crates.  Thank you so much for making things as easy as possible for both the dogs and us owners.

I have finally got some photos of Hippo and Seal. They are settling very very well in China with my parents. They get lots of walks and food every day. I miss them so much that I am going to visit them next month.

 PS a note for Chinese pet owners, do not use Pet Express:  http://www.ysxwl.cn/, they are very unprofessional, rude and have no clue/respect for import regulations. They held up one of the dogs for 20 hours and asked for an extra £300 for releasing that dog, caused  huge stress to both the owner and the dog.

I'm not sure if you've seen my message below yet, but here are a couple more photos I took of Tyler yesterday!  The one of him swimming is at a lovely park where dogs can run free, it's only a 15 min walk from where we live.  The one by the pool is in our back garden!  We can't believe we managed to find a place we could afford with a pool, we will all need it when the summer arrives!! 

As you can see, all in all it looks as though Tyler's come through the whole ordeal relatively unscathed!!!

Hi Christine,

I've been meaning to email you to let you know that Tyler came out of quarantine last Thursday.  Carol at the quarantine centre is lovely.  She thought Tyler looked like a cross between a badger and a hedgehog!!  He was very good and just got on with it, he seemed perfectly happy in there when we went to see him.  He was a bit feral though!  He kept barking at all the other dogs and when we took him to the exercise area he just kept running around barking at the other dogs in the other exercise areas!  His bark was quite hoarse by the time he came home.  I think it's getting better now, he hasn't barked much, he has the occasional bark, but we are trying to discourage it!  He needs to rest his voice we think!

He was so pleased to come out.  I got him home and he had a good sniff around the house and garden.  I gave him a bath and then took him to the park up the road for a run around.  When we came back he slept and slept!  He's still sleeping loads!  He's quite perky between snoozes, but I think all the sleep deprivation of a kennel environment has caught up with him!  He's enjoying the home comforts and leftovers! 

We took him for a walk yesterday afternoon to the Kalamunda National Park, which is very close to where we are living.  It was a lovely warm afternoon and he enjoyed swimming in the creek to cool down!  You should have seen him, he was sooo happy to be running around free again! 

Thanks again for all your help and advice, you really did a fantastic job of helping us to get Tyler here and we are so pleased he is with us.  It wouldn't be the same without him. 

Here is a photo of him sleeping the afternoon he came out of quarantine!  He wasn't at all stressed by the whole experience, just `dog tired'!!  I'll email you some more photos when we get some good ones of him.

Just wanted to say thanks for all your help and support in moving misty.  We are missing her like mad and im worried about her being scared and alone but ive spoken to the quarantine staff and they seem very frinedly and said although Misty is ver timid at the moment and hasn’t eaten, she gives them her belly for a rub when they go to stroke her and she is giving them lots of licks, so shes not totally scared!  I guess it will take her a while to settle in espcially as she has never stayed in kennels before and being in a small box for over a day and the sensation of flying must have been pretty scary for her. "Hi Christine
 
Just to let you know that Cleo and Jinx arrived in Portugal safely last week.  Apparently, the flight was 30 minutes ahead of schedule, so when we arrived at the cargo area to pick them up when the plane was due to arrive, they were just being delivered.  We had to wait another 20 minutes or so while the paperwork was sorted.  We did have some cause for alarm as could only see one kitten in the container, so had to unpack it to check that there were indeed two inside.  We found poor little Jinx at the back burrowed under a fleece and obviously very frightened.  So, without further ado, we got them home as quickly as possible. 
 
Now, here we are 3 days later and both of them are now settled in, eating well and chasing each other around incessantly.  They are so cute!  We're busy swapping sleeping blankets between them and Ozy, our other cat, before making the 1st proper introductions.
 
Thank-you very much for all your help and advice with the transportation process - I'm just glad they're here and hope they will enjoy a long and carefree life in the sun.

 Thought I would send you a photo of poppy in her sunnies. She was over the moon to see us at byford on Thursday and has settled down well to life in Oz although she has yet to meet her first kangaroo.

 Thank you for getting her here to us safely.  She was fit and healthy and other than missing us she had obviously been well cared for. We also collected her travelling crate and it is still in excellent condition despite travelling half way across the world. Your hand made crate looked fabulous compared to some of the dubious ones stacked up at Byford. Pops also says thank you for the 5 star luxury she travelled in, although the onboard entertainment was a little dull. I will not hesitate in recommending you to anyone that has to transport a much beloved pet anywhere in the world. You were kind and caring of our stress and worry and also kept us up to date on everything. I applaud you and your company for a job done that surpassed excellence.  Thank you.

"Hi Christine,
I am so ashamed that I haven´t emailed you before.  It has been quite difficult finding our feet in Costa Rica but we are finally getting there.  Within the last 10 days we have finally got electricity but we still have no telephone line and, therefore, no internet although I do now have a mobile phone which works at the house. We had torrential rain and landslides when we first got here and also quite a strong earthquake!

They did take their time releasing Charlie.  We had all the correct paperwork but they still held him in his crate, in a very noisy warehouse for about 4 hours and he was quite stressed when we finally got him.  He had no water and was desperate for the toilet.

Charlie is doing fine and now has a new companion, a little dog which we picked up on the road in really poor condition, the vet says she was only 24 hrs from dying.  Her rear legs are deformed so maybe that is why she was thrown out.

Hopefully I have managed to attach photos of Charlie and the new dog Sally.
I would like to say that I would recommend you and your team, without hesitation, to anyone who is thinking of moving their pet abroad. We chose Costa Rica where nothing is straightforward and it was very difficult to find out about the necessary paperwork to import a dog into Costa Rica.

Thank you for your patience and care when his flight had to be delayed twice, once because we didn´t have the relevant import licence and again because of injury. Without your help we would never have found our way around all the red tape.

We have been here just over 3 weeks now & Willis has settled in really well.  We collected him from the Customs building in Auckland & he was definately glad to be out of the crate after nearly 30hrs in there.  Although it hasn't put him off using the crate again.  We took it home from the airport with us & have it out in the garden.  He is still going in & out of it at times.

When we got Willis back to the rental property he jumped straight up onto the sofa & made himself at home.   We have found a number of parks & beaches to take him & Willis is enjoying his daily swims.  Hopefully he will lose some weight!!

"Thank you Christine for your help and guidance on Monday 24th.  Mark heard from the quarantine centre in Melbourne today. The male handler who is looking after Tommy phoned him, Tommy is fine, a bit quiet but no doubt that will soon pass.

It was all a bit of a rush at the Swissport end.  We were there in plenty of time, the reception obviously did not advise the government vet or the warehouse that we had arrived and were waiting to be called. However he went in without a problem and after some rapid form filling he was whisked away."

“Hi Christine apologise for the long delay in getting back to you but we have only managed to get our broadband connected here in lefkada! Many thanks for the expeditious handling of our little fella! He had a great trip (we think) and arriving in Athens seemingly none the worse for his adventures. The crate was comfortable, he elected to spend the whole of the road trip from Athens to lefkada in it (pee breaks allowing of course).

Keith, your airport man was extremely helpful and telephoned us when he had successfully put Findlay through the ‘doggie’ departure gate which was reassuring for Debbie as she had been worrying about this side of things during the build up to the trip.

We have settled into our new lifestyle and Findlay is particularly happy as he gets at least three long walks a day, something we never managed in the UK with us both working. Weather here is a bit ‘iffy’ although until this week has been very nice in fact quite ‘balmy’ but they did have a very hot summer. We’ve got a whole five months to prepare ourselves for that next year, by then we shall all be fairly well acclimatised.

Once again many thanks to you, your staff and continued success to white house kennels, we will endorse your services without hesitation it given the opportunity!
